That is such a great idea! I am just so happy! Most parents today just pop in a DVD and tell their kid(s) to shut up but you get involved with your kids! That really gives me hope for today's world.
Sorry about that, now to your question. I would say that the worst flavor of ice cream that I could think of would have to be egg with a hint of salmon. EWWW.

Dessicated pig flesh and maggot vanilla with mint chips, topped with dog vomit from a dog that just ate from a leprosy infected human corpse.
Just off the top of my head. Bonus if some of the maggots are still alive, and the skin pieces from the rotten pig flesh should be arranged artistically, with their aroma preserved.

Hmm...I am not very good at this but I daresay the most disgusting ice cream flavor I could possibly think of is...Peanut Butter, Anchovies, and chicken liver ice cream bar!!!! Now that's yucky! :-P

They made turkey flavored ice cream on Iron Chef once! But the one I can think of would be puke and poop flavored with blood chips on top.

I had a friend who worked at Coldstone Creamery in high school, and she said that one day a customer asked for half mint ice cream and half peanut butter, with blueberries mixed in.
