I'm not shocked. We have a right to protect ourselves from beheading. At least until the ACLU says that deigning them their religious practice is unconstitutional.

That's pretty much a human response.
What is sad about this western world and middle-eastern world conflict is that it has been going on for 10 to 14 centuries without resolve. It's seems it won't go away until one side or the other kills all those people on the other side.
If ever this gets resolved without complete genocide, the world may turn into a bright glowing ball of light, and mankind might evolve into a higher life form.

What is shocking is that the American media, liberal elites and hollyweirds have no problem talking ad nauseum about how we need to "understand" and "sympathize" with these lunatics; that America is to blame for all the problems and aggressors in the world; that were Americans not brazenly flaunting our freedoms and prosperity (which these same masses embrace for their own agendas and personal indulgences) then we wouldn't be the target of the bomb-strapping wackos; and that if we "neocons" would just go to rehab and get some "sensitivity" training, then we too would irresponsibly embrace our head lopping enemies and just shrug our shoulders in wonderment and acceptance.
Sorry but I'm with you. I would rather our President continue on his course and take the fight to them. Our brave men and women in uniform have volunteered to do just that, to protect us from these terrorists and for that I am infinitely grateful to them. I thank God for their service and the good fortune that I have had the opportunity to earn. I also thank God for our President - cause he gets it. Like it or not you want him on that wall, you need him on that wall!

I don't care if you hate them.. but I think it's irresponsible to generalize that towards all Muslims as you tend to do (whether on purpose or incidental) and pitying them for ignorance would be a more mature response than hate in my mind.. those are my issues with your stance.. nothing else.

I hate it when people call Allah God. I know they say it means the same thing, but still...
Anyway, what is shocking is when people compare them to Christians in the past 4 centuries.

Anyone who wants to kill others is simply not a human at all. There is something seriously wrong with that person and he/she desparately needs help.

It's not shocking.
Those people are nuts, next thing you know they'll fly planes into buildings, strap bombs onto their children, blow up grocery stores and take hostages.
All because some dead guy wrote some silly words 2000 yrs. ago.
