The only ones we get is after listening to you all complain about them.. It's like you feel this is a monthly reason to get attention or to be proud... Enough already... we all have pains and some are caused by you...

men can't have "menstrual cramps" because men can't menstrate. Men can have aabdominal cramps because they do have abdomens.
