First off, take a pregnancy test.

The only thing I can think of about antibiotics is that is lowers the effectiveness of birth control. I would just wait another week and see if it comes. If not you could go see your doctor. I have been known to skip months and months before having another period, but I am hardly ever regular. Some diseases can cause your periods to not be regular (I have diabetes and that is what was wrong with mine). Stress can have that effect also. So can exercise. Lots of things can mess up your cycle. You may also want to consider that Feb. was a short month. Count the days of your regular periods and find out what your normal cycle is and find out if you are really late. Hope this helps you

if your already 6 days late than buy a home pregnancy test or make an appointment with your obgyn either of those can tell you in a matter of minutes. It is possible to skip a period but you cant rule out pregnancy.

Are you on birth control? Did you know that taking an antibiotic while you are taking birth control pills means that your birth control is NOT effective? That means you CAN get pregnant while taking an antibiotic--your birth control pills just won't work. You don't have to have symptoms to be pregnant. I would suggest getting a test at the store and finding out for sure.

This isn't really abnormal for many women. Of course, if you had unprotected sex, then pregnancy is possible. I would wait about a week and then do pg test.

Stress will do it. So will antibiotics, a change in diet, a change in routine of any type, a weight loss, etc.

Do buy and use an HPT kit.
