Pictures that I emailed from my cell phone to my yahoo email address come up as yahoo photos and some say yahoo breifcase. I want all pictures to go to yahoo photos.

Yahoo briefcase is a place where you can store large capacity files and can access them from anywhere in the world(Very much similar to floppy disks and CD's.) But these storage media has to be carried wherever you go. If you put your data in Yahoo briefcase you can access it from any computer in the world once you login to Yahoo.
The reason why some photos are going to Yahoo briefcase is that yahoo photos i guess donot accept large capacity files. Hence some photoa are getting re-directed to Yahoo Briefcase.

A Yahoo Briefcase is where your personal information is stored. The public is only privy to the aspects of it that you choose.
