* Sally Hansen hard as nails. A few coats, and change it every week, giving the nails about a day between taking off the old and applying the new.

*Us e a Vitamen E enriched moisturizer, and massage it gently into the cuticle area of the nail.

* Vitamin A, E and C. If you already take a multi-vitamin, just add a low E supplement.

The last two will take some time, since strong nails grow from the base outward. Give yourself at least a mont to dee definite results. Two if your nails grow slowly.

Try Sally Hansen hard as nails

put lotion on them
take vitamin E
or wear fake nails you buy at the store and glue them only at the top on your nail (where the cuticle is) so that way your nail can grow freely underneath without getting chipped by wear or getting picked at. it actually works. just dont glue it at the end where you're growing out or else they may break or become brittle at the end when taking them off.

Use Sally Hansen hard as nails clear or tinted nail polish...It really works. You could also consider gel or acrylic nails...
