Is it expensive down there?

It is fairly expensive down here. The best clubs are in South Beach...exciting nightlife. The beaches are beautiful but June is the wettest month of the year. Be prepared for severe thunderstorms. They don't last all day, so you can still fnd things to do. Bayside is a nice place to visit. Coconut Grove is a nice place to walk around at night too.
Some touristy things to do: go to the Everglades to take an airboat ride and see alligators,
Visit Fairchild Tropical Gardens...an 83 acre botanical garden
See Vizcaya...a palace and garden open to the public
Parrot Jungle...a collection of exotic birds, plants, and jungle trails
Go to Venetian Pool...a lagoon carved out of coral, with a pool to swim, caves, and a small sandy beach.

Don't forget your sunscreen...the sun is brutal.

Have a great time!

Theres something about the ocean, the weather, and the air that makes people extra stimulated if you know what I mean.. But yeah.. Stay in South Beach and have a blast... The sex just oozes in the air.. and if anything many people just stay in the hotels and do that all day.. while it rains.

Then enjoy the many cafes.. sights and people in Miami Beach. its a great place!!!

Wow, there is so much to do...first of all, it will be really hot...upper 80's to low 90's with very high humidity. Bring sunscreen!!! Of course the beaches are awesome, but there is also terrific shopping, sightseeing, air boat rides, fishing trips, museums...etc. I would recommend renting a car and exploring!

Stay in South Beach. Research the answers history here & on other travel forums as to where to stay & what you may want to do or see. When you have specific questions come back.
