To anyone this offended i apologize. I am sorry. I may be a wiseguy and often short on patience, but i do not intentionally make fun of anyone's religion.

I am LDS (Mormon), I am a woman, and I have NEVER been treated by my church as a second class citizen, nor has my husband EVER been taught to treat me as a second class citizen.

that' s not the flip flop, When he was governor, he spoke out against the NRA and supported the Brady bill and gun control etc. etc.
Where did he go talk and claim he is an avid hunter ? the NRA.

A former advocate of gun control, Romney during his 1994 run for the US Senate backed measures the gun-rights group opposed, such as a five-day waiting period on gun sales and a ban on certain assault weapons.
Edited: Okay so what do you want them to use duct tape for? To tape your mouth shut?
Fundamentalist Morons, I mean Mormons are the ones that treat women that way. Conventional Mormons do not.

And your examples of politicians that treated women better includes Clinton, any Kennedy, McCain, Guiliani?

Did you know that In 1869, Wyoming Territory extended equal suffrage to women. That same year, the legislature in the Utah Territory passed an act giving women in Utah the right to vote, but this right was later revoked by the United States Congress in the Edmunds-Tucker Act of 1887.

Today LDS women belong to their own church organiztion, The Relief Society. Since 1842 they have functioned with their own leadership under the direction of the priesthood.

Where did you get the idea that us LDS ladies are treated like 2nd class citizens? As pointed out earlier, the LDS people were the first to vote for woman's sufferage, and it was one of the first churches to have women speak over the pulpit, and the relief society is the single largest women's organization in the world.

You need to watch on of our general conferences sometime. It's actually kind of a joke amongst us LDS people, how when the women are address the message is always something like "you ladies are so wonderful..." and when the men are adressed it's always something like "you need to repent!..."

That all being said, it's already perfectly legal for a woman to use duct tape, and if you want to judge Mr. Romney for his flip-flop political history, that's fine, but religion really should be left out of politics.

to respond to your question to me - of course I would; I believe in voting (or not voting for people) based on their political record, not their personal beliefs.

Nice generalization. I do not treat women as though they were second class citizens. Now, how about you stop treating Mormons as second rate citizens ;p

Mitt being a Moron, oops, make that Mormon--he's got no chance of winning except with the rest of the bigamist Moron inbred community.
