I think the word is" Preconception", which, according to my Websters Dictionary means : " an opinion formed without actual knowledge". In other words, it's like you have a " preconceived idea" about a person before any actual experience with that person.

"Preconception". Preconceptions can be either positive or negative. For example, if I meet a math major who loves video games, I may form the preconception (i.e. assumption) that he or she isn't interested in outdoor sports. Of course, I could be wrong.
On the other hand, I might encounter a smiling lady in a teddy-bear sweater and have the preconception that she's a warm, friendly person. Even though she might really be someone's evil 5th grade teacher....
