Well, from my experience as a gynocologist, I have come t oknown that as nipple size increase, so does the level of testorone in a women. I would advise you that if they increase to a radius of above 6 inches, your balls will drop the next day. In this case, if the radial distance of your nipples is greater than 2 inches at the present moment, I would strongly advise you to take some sort of female hormoe suppliment, along the lines of those that a cross dresser takes in order to shrink their peepees.

I don't know of any factors affecting how big or little a nipple will be.

I found my nipples got larger when I was pregnant and now that I'm nursing.... but don't go get any girl pregnant just for that.
