icequeen= cool
TD= not cool.....you are defnitely not one of the few voices of reason. you give absolutely no one credit unless they say florida is god's school. how bout being realistic man? then maybe someone will respect you. and i hope you arent even considering that UF has anything close to as good a basketball program that UK has. please tell me you arent that ignorant?
Kentucky meltdown?? nope. They hired billy gillespie today, who is younger than donovan and may be the best "billy" out there when it is all said and done. this guy took a team that was 0-16 in the big 12 and made them into a great team in 2-3 years. wait till you see what he does with the recruiting power of kentucky. and ashley judd will die before going to florida games. especially since UF will finish 3rd or 4th in the sec east next year (behind tennessee and kentucky for sure, possibly vandy)....mark it down suckers! go vols!
anyways, im glad for you ice queen that you got to keep your coach. and im not taking anything away from him after this unreal back to back accomplishment. i had serious doubts about him before last year, because he recruited too many white players and they just were never very tough mentally. but this team sure was tough in every aspect of the game! i cant believe tarean green went pro (i guess he doesnt wanna be the ugly duckling that is left behind), but im not sure he has much of an nba career to look forward to. corey brewer and horford definitely do. richard probably does as well. noah will be a flop, wait and see. i wouldnt draft that stick in any round.

I think that Kentucky will be fine. I think the only reason Billy Stayed is because of the Florida AD...

This is classic. Kentucky fans were acting as if this was a done deal. Sorry UK fans. Looks like you'll be doomed to more SEC mediocrity. ICEQUEEN RULES!! Definitely one of the few voices of reason around here. Maybe we can get Ashley Judd to start coming to UF games. She should stick with a winner.
Edit: Miamiskippah - You've obviously mistaken me for somone who cares about gaining your "respect" I could care less about what you think about anything. And keep your racist garbage about recruiting too many white players to yourself, you're really coming off as an ignorant fool. How many MVP's does Steve Nash have? Also, UF doesn't have anything close to UK's basketball program? UF has owned UK for the past couple of years. Wake up.

Good for Billy and his family! I don't think it was in his cards to come to Kentucky. It's a pity for UK; what a crummy deal for them. The grass will still be blue in Kentucky.

First there will be a second wooing of Donavan and then they will have to settle for another coach. The team will continue to struggle.

Yeah, sucks for them. They just got too tight, because there is nooooo way that man stayed out of loyalty, he had his price and the highest bidder won.

Who gives a damn. The coach has nothing to do with the Gators winning the title. It was all just a stroke of luck that they won consecutive titles.
