no, i'd rather just have the secruity of being able to live out my natural life at the peak of health (if i lived for an extra 1000 yrs i would have to see all my friends and family die and soon i'd be left alone--have to start a new life?)

At first, I was going to say, "Hell yeah!" but after reading some of the responses to your question, I'd have to decline the offer. It may seem tempting to live for another 1000 years and experience new advances in science and life, but it would be especially detrimental to my mental health to witness the deaths of all the loved ones dying around me. What good is peak physical health if I am mourning the loss of my family and friends?

NO
i believe mortality is still mortality,
I also believe that once dead, I am or will be declared FREE for mortal toil. So i choose to let myself die, so that one day i can gain the promise of the resurrection. in the resurrection, if the same thousand years of life are not what i wanted or less than advertised, I still have the tree of knowledge to eat from. Now im wondering if I will become like Adam when i get resurrected, or whether I will be become something greater, or whether the tree of knowledge will be accessible after our resurrection.

I wouldn't unless the same was offered for my family, and you didn't say what the mental health would be.

I would not take it if it meant 100 years without my wife and kids. It would be lonley and to hard you take without the ones I love

No thanks. Physical health is one thing, but with my mental health, I have a feeling this life is going to be long enough. But thanks anyway.
