Just wanted to know the percentage of girls who dont wear panties under skirts to ones that do....Just a question that me and my cousin fight over.

I usually don't wear any panties under a skirt. I love the free feeling, and get excited at the risk of being flashed, but that is my own kink. I would think most girls do.

Panties all the time!!
The only time I don't wear them under a skirt is when I'm out to dinner with my boyfriend and I excuse myself to the bathroom so I can take them off and slip them to him. That way I'm pretty much garaunteed to get some. But otherwise I always wear panties under my skirts.

Most girls wear panties under their skirts, or any other outfits.
There is no reason to NOT wear them. Panties protect your private areas, especially when you're wearing a skirt, it's dangerous to sit on surfaces directly, if you're privates are in contact.
Not only are you spreading germs that way, but contaminating yourself too.
Girls who don't wear panties do it for the attention. Most likely they are trying to show off, attract men, or doing a favor for their bf, if that turns him on.

umm well always underwear just different types of it according to the skirts material. some make the pantie lines visible so you have to change to a different type of underwear. But yup .. all depends on the skirts material but I'm always wearing one.

I don't like panties. If I don't have them, then no pantie lines. My bf thinks I'm nuts.
