I'm an accountant that specializes in payroll accounting
I know the payroll tax laws and junk like that really well for all 50 states and some beyond.... like for working on the moon or mars or something like that

I'm sure I'm not alone in this answer since there must be lots and lots of "Moms" answering this question. Here just a few areas of specialization ....
As Dr. Mom dealing with scrapes, bruises, bumps, fevers, broken limbs, vomiting, etc. (Many are dealt with a band aid an lots of hugs and kisses)
Psychologist Mom has to know when to ask the right question in order to get an honest answer. (This can sometimes take quite a while but patience is a virtue)
Mom the Teacher, even if you don't know how to help with homework, you improvise and get the job done. (Often resulting in the child getting a "C")
Chef Mom can always find something in the cupboards, fridge or freezer which will become a treat ... anything from chocolate chips and raisins to homemade Popsicles will do the trick.
Monster Buster Mom knows exactly how to rid the bedroom and closet of monsters and things that go bump in the night. (A little spritz of Febreeze or that special can of air freshener will eliminate all scary things quickly and leave a pleasant scent behind)
Mom the Costume designer has household items to make a quick costume that is required at a moments notice for that unexpected Hallowe'en Party ... because the child simply can't wear the same costume to the party as they did to school. (Anyone can turn their kid into "Super Chef" with a bandanna, apron, a couple of wooden spoons and an eyebrow pencil to draw on the moustache)
These are just a few of a Mom's specializations! LOL
I loved the question and there are so many interesting things that people specialize in. Great question!

None...I'm pretty much mediocre at everything. ^_^ But hey, at least I'm not a complete imbecile at anything.
*rofl* =))
Ok....I have had more than a few of my friends tell me I am an astute--if pessimistic--judge of human nature. People here do seem to think I have it together on some Psychology issues...but it's not enough to earn me a *big orange Target* on my profile or anything. ^_~
Good Question....thanks for your time!

I am not a professional or anything.....LOL, but I am a stay at home mom and a foster mother, so I'd say children (of all ages) are my specialty.
