I can buy standard sized blades that do more but not in my exact size.

I would think both would fit but I would go with the 59-1/4". The larger diameter may take all the tightening ability out of the adjustment knob.

It should be equippeed with an Idler Pulley that would let you stretch or shrink the blade size that much and still be tight.

It can as long as the tensioning pulley allows that much travel +/- most do. go with the smaller blade to allow for stretch.

yep it can take anything close to that measurement but too big or it might jam/not fit
