if your spouse is cheating and he has an STD, you can get tested too, if you have an STD then you will know he is cheating.
Masturbation will not cause a sore unless he masturbates a Lot where it looks like a rub burn.

Well I have sex and masturbate a lot too but he would really have to be rough with it to cause a sore on it. Sound more like STD. Stay away from him sexually and you masturbate til he gets himself checked by a Dr.

Depends on the sore. Only a clinic can tell you for sure, but I'd suggest you get yourself checked to see if he's given you anything.

He could rub a raw spot on it if he has been masturbating dry. It will look like a rug burn. Maybe he caught it in his zipper. Ask him.

go to the doctor with him....this if cheating = std.
