Most likely a sticky caliper that has prematurely worn your brake pads.
Replace the pads and in the process apply some caliper grease to the caliper piston(s).
High likelyhood that will get rid of the the mice in your wheel.

Chances are you have one of two things happening with the front end on your bike.
1) You have a brake caliper sticking or
2) You have a wheel bearing going out on the front wheel.
If the bike has been setting up for a while then the wieght of the bike can cause a flat spot on the bearing once you start riding again you end up with the squeak your expieriencing. If it is the wheel bearing it is not hard to replace at all. Check with your local dealer and you should be able to get the repair manual for this bike and it will give you easy to read step by step instructions on what you need to do do replace the wheel bearing or brake pads and caliper.

sounds like a brake calliper going clean your brakes if it's a consistant noise that is
maybe you've tightened the front wheel too much
or your bearings are naffed
it could be off centre slightly

It seem like you have a dry wheel bearing ,try some grease in the wheel bearing and a smear of copper slip on the back of your break pads .

Check the wheel bearings and grease the speedometer drive gears.
The squeek is probably from the brake pads. Replace them.
