As far as I know, that's a half truth. Your body will grow as you get older, but for women, they usually stop growing around 18-20. I don't think wearing a bra to bed or not will make much of a difference, it's really just in your genes how big you may get. Just be happy with what you've got, there are way to make anything look good these days. I do know that if you sleep WITH a bra, it prevents sagging, though.

Hi, I wanted to tell you about my experience with the CurvyBust cream. I'm 24 years old and I've spent pretty much my whole life wishing I had slightly larger breasts. I'm normally a size A, I'd love to be a size B, especially when I wear certain kinds of low cut tops. I have a good figure, and I like what I have, but every now and then I would like a little bit more. Even if I had the money, (which I don't because I am a college student with loans to pay off), I would never consider going under the knife just to go up 1 cup size. So that's been my dilemma.
I found out about curvybust cream when I was flipping through (Yahoo Answers). To be honest with you, I'm not the type of girl who would consider spending money on a cream that promises to increase breast size. It just seems like an impossible thing to claim. But there were three reasons that I decided to go for it:
1) I contacted them via their website because I had a question about the cream being OK for sensitive skin (which it is, because it is made of natural botanical ingredients.)
2) I was really impressed by their customer service and willingness to explain everything to me. 3) They offered me a free 12 day supply with no obligation, (I just had to pay the shipping costs- I wasn't too thrilled with that but it was still worth it to get the free product).
Well, it's actually working! There is a noticeable difference in the size of my breasts! It's only been 10 days, and they say that the true final results won't appear until about the 4-6 month time frame, but based on what I can see, (and what my boyfriend can feel) there's definitely a difference. My breasts are standing out more, and they are fuller and rounder. Sometimes I am able to go out without a bra, now I can't. And I have a feeling that I might have to actually buy new bras if the growth continues. I'm looking forward to seeing how the next month goes. There might actually be a size B in my future! Woohoo!

when ya think ya heard it all - here comes another one.
What is it with breasts? are they like some kind of mushroom? You keep it in the dark and feed it s**t and it will grow?
Body just doesn't work that way.
Want 'em big? Get it fondled by men. Yup, it is a pleasant way to make them larger (if you believe the sleeping with the bra story)
Everyone is different. If your breasts are small, that's the way you are made. There is not much you can do about it. Face it.

Only is she is still growing (during puberty) and it does not matter whether she wears a bra or not. If that was true millions of women around the world would have huge breasts and needed breast reductions.

No. that's not true. But it is true that it's better for you to sleep without a bra. It's more comfortable and it gives your breasts a chance to "breathe" after being in a bra all day.
My grandma used to tell me that sleeping in a bra causes cancer, but I don't think that's true. I do, however, think that it's better for you to sleep without them.

It actually isn’t good for you…Increases your chance of getting breast cancer…though it will make your breasts less saggy. It isn’t good for you can cause boobs to get into odd and uneven shapes. So I suggest you throw it to the side when you sleep. Your boobs will grow more. Trust me im a freshman and im a 36 C...
Hope dis helps = P

No absolutely not. Wearing a bra at night can stop breast tissues sagging though. Be careful to choose a very soft, comfortable one with no underwiring. Wearing an underwired bra day and night has been linked to cancer. Something to do with restricted blood and lymph flow I think.

Bras weren't invented until the late 19th century. If what you say was true then evolution would have them knee length.
Incidentally, as a man with man-boobs I resent your question..I've never ever worn a bra
