as long as they have completed their sentences and are tax paying citizens then they should be allowed to vote. Remember the original founding of this country and the Revolutionary War "Taxation without representation" ring a bell?. A person paying taxes to support a government should have the right to vote on issues that affect them and their families.

No, them restoring ex felons voting rights will not automatically convert blacks who were disproportionately affect by the Jim Crow era law, and make them vote Republican.

No, this is the republican plan to tell those stupid "Flordians" to get a frickin clue and to vote properly. It's also a major hint to the democrats that if you lose to just accept it and not cry and whine like a baby and make them recount.

I have never seen or heard of a valid poll assesing ex-con voting patterns, so, it is hard to know...But, perhaps you are asking this tongue in cheek, so to speak.
