Because that would be considered "Racist" to hold rallies against terrorists. Considering the very true sterotype of what race a terrorist is. And saying anything non-pc nowadays is a major no no for the majority.
Edit: Why do you think that there are never any rallies for more border control? Even though in polls the majority of Americans are for it ? Because you get an instant racist label.

I think the people against terrorists don't protest the same way we protest against war- instead they work to promote tolerance, peace/non-violence, and keep citizens not governments in power.
they also have fund-raisers for the things they promote and to help victims of terrorists
protesting terrorists to the way we protest war seems useless to me- are terrorists watch me if I'm on the street in america with a sign?
we have to use other techniques to show our committment against terrorism

Terrorism is in the eye of the beholder!
To Americans they are called soldiers, to an Iraqi family of 9 that was blown to part by a misguided bomb, we are called terrorists.
I will continue to pray for Nuclear Holocaust so that the whole world may be destoryed and you dumb hick racist god bless america and no place else hillbillies with an internet connection can finally look back and see what your war mongerness did!
I don't know how we Americans became so stupid! Is it because we all have televisions plugged into our butts. And IPod's connected to are urinary parts?
What a bunch of freedom fighting bullcrap. If the terrorist hated our freedom than Amsterdam would be dust!
Another point, please tell me how many Iraqi's attacked us during 9/11? Give up?? None! None of them were Iraqi's. Most were Saudi! One was Egpytian? Where is the war against them?
Our leaders are cowards!

It is our right and our privilege to protest the actions of our government.
What purpose would there be to "protesting terrorists"? Do you think there is ANY chance that a public protest of terrorist activity would EVER change anything?
Protesting the war did. It got the Republicans out of control of Congress.

You mean actually step out of their protective barriers? Yeah, that would be the day. Remember , these are the ones that don't have the guts to join the military and actually fight for our freedoms. You really think they would stand in front of terrorists that wouldn't show any mercy towards them? Yeah right.

Because the protestors want the terrorist to win. They want anyone but the USA to win. They are invested in our defeat.

Because the terrorists don't work for or represent us, whereas (supposedly) those who run our government do.
Because it's MY money that pays for Bush's crimes; I do NOT financially support the terrorists.

They are to scared to join the Military and defend their Nation, they certainly don't want to be confronted head on. It is easier to hide behind the protection of our Constitution.

Because the "war" on terror is an overblown issue that has gone to incredibly stupid lengths. They protest the stupidity and the horrific consequences.
