I would say Pelosi since she is in fact supposed to be a political leader and Fonda wasn't.

So far I see Libs haven't changed one bit.
First they are so worried about grammer or civics they take it upon themselves to try and prove their intelligence levels to everybody by being corrective.
Then they call you names or degrade you through insults.
Then talk about how hipocritical cons are because a few of them went to Syria and nobody said anything like they are about Pelosi.
Reality check libs. Your leaders being brow beaten isn't fun is it?
Most importantly. You can be rest assured that if and when a republican talks to Assad, it will go down like this. "Cut the crap or YOU will suffer".
With Pelosi it's more like. Oh mister Assad, please be nice, I'll send you flowers and candy. Lets chat and bake cookies okay?

He did not open his mouth when the 3 REPUBLICANS, Frank Wolf of Virginia, Joseph Pitts of Pennsylvania and Robert Aderholt of Alabama, went to Syria last week and met with Assad yet he is raising a stink because the Democrat and a woman no less went. Syria said they wanted to talk to Israel, Israel wanted to do the same. Pelosi tried to facilitate the start of dialogue.
Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly said Pelosi went because it was recommended by the Iraq Study Group, remember them, those people that included the NOW SECRETARY OF DEFENSE Robert Gates. I guess he must be Palestine Gates as well or is that just the designation for the Democrat?
In a statement, Brendan Daly said said she intended to discuss "a wide range of security issues affecting the United States."
I wonder, Where would be we right now if Richard Nixon thought the way this twit does in terms of talking to the USSR and China?

Your grammar is poor. The correct wording is “Who’s worse” because “who’s” is the contraction of “who” and “is” while “whose” is generally the possessive form of who.
In any case, Pelosi can go where she wants. Republicans have also made the trip but I see little condemnation of their actions.
Edit:
If I were you I would be concerned about civics and grammar. More knowledge about how the government actually works and the ability to express yourself properly will help you ask more intelligent questions.
Also, I see absolutely no indication in the question that it was closed to the opinions of liberals.

Pelosi is behaving like a diplomat. The spoiled rich brat in the White House thinks that you only talk to your friends, not to your adversaries, showing that he has no understanding of how diplomacy works. Talking to somebody is not some kind of reward for them to show you how much you like them. Meeting an adversary and talking with them is the way to understand them and proceed to deal with them rationally. World political affirs are not just the Skull and Bones Society at Yale.
