I assume that you mean Dual Doctorate.
Iniversity of California at Berkeley would probably be the best. Any of the Ivy League school, MIT, Cal Tech, Duke, Chicago or any of the public universities in the Big Ten conference would also be great schools.

UC Berkely would be one.
Harvard is certianly one.
Maybe Cornell
MIT
University of Chicago
NYU
Beleive it not CCNY might even offer it and at cheaper prices than the rest! I Believe CCNY is giving PHds these days in select subjects.

This question baffles me!!!
1st of all you misspelled Doctorate, and you realize that a PHD is obtained through vigorous and time consuming RESEARCH!!!!!!!!!!! and this is your current method of research??? You better stick to community college then worry about 1 PHD then maybe 2.....
