you will need 2 ISP no matter what - but you can network them together once you have a new ISP at the place you need it

Because of the physical distance between the two computers, the standard "network using a router" is not practical. It has a limit of about 300 feet.

There are programs that allow you to have remote access of the second computer from the first. But that assumes you want to leave that second computer running 24/7 all year long - even when you are not there, with an active highspeed cable or DSL connection. Most people would not find that worth the expense.

The practical solution for using a computer in two location is (dare I say it) a laptop.

You might not need two isp's. Some isp's don't throw you off for being online from two different phone numbers at the same time.

Also, you can make one a BBS that answers the phone and call it direct from the other, and that way you don't use the isp's. That's how I did it before the internet became popular and widely used. I ran a local BBS and people phoned it.

What type of service do you have available in either locations? DSL/Cable/Dialup? What might be the easiest to do is to find an isp that is available in both locations and see what they could do for you.
