My female guppie has 2 red almost like tiny fins coming out of her vent, within the last couple days the other 2 females have developed the same thing. This is not fecal matter, the stay there. what is wrong with them?

It is only the female guppies with this condition, no other fish has this symptom.

No doubt at all that it's a worm infestation. A good parasite medication such as Clout will take care of the situation. I wouls suggest you also use a medicated fish food for parasites during the treatment. Act as quickly as possible as this can become very serious in short order.

Sounds like a heavy parasite infection to me--most likely internal. I would pick up a fish med for internal parasites. Also, if you can find a food made by Jungle Labs called Pepso, that will help. It will kill some parasites and prevent reinfection. Now, if you have any loaches, eels, catfish, algae eaters or plecs, you will either need to adjust the treatment (usually by half) or place your sick fish in a quarantine tank while you treat.
