Likely you'd find someone who does that in Danville, Illinois. They might commute over and across the Indiana state line.
There's a town in Eastern Illinois which has the time line running down the middle of a street. Can't remember the name. They've been on NPR.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone in Southeastern IL commutes to Terre Haute, IN or thereabouts along Route 41.

Yes. My mother in law lives in one time zone & she works in another. She just keeps her clocks in the zone of where she works

Not personally, but Hoover Dam is split in half. So if you work there you have a high probability of doing that all day long.
