You know, I feel that many of society's problems lie on the shoulders of parents who fail to let their children explore and express their true ambitious curious selves. By making him wait as you asked, wouldn't that be cause for an immediate anxiousness on the poor little guy which could result in later hesitations and insecurities in life that undoubtedly will hold him back from reaching his ultimate plateau in life?

LMAO. Yeah since he might soil himself. I have two of those daredevils. I bought my youngest a trampoline for his birthday a couple of years ago with all the saftey bars and nets. He comes into the house and says (yeah you know) "Mom, can I jump off the house onto the trampoline". I was trying to think of some other way of saying "HELL no" when he says, "I kinda already did"

Yes but be sure to video it and send the tape to one of those home video programmes, you will earn £250! Oh and make sure you have plenty of bandages or live near to an accident and emergency department!

No, I think you should let him do it right away. Seriously. Young people have so little inspiration these days.

Is he 40 years old, by the way?
