No it's not bad, and no men do not NEED big ones. And no a boob job is not required. There are far more important things to worry about in life, men like boobs, whether big or small, so stop fretting

Its not at all bad to have small boobs. Sexual satisfaction comes from lots of other things beside boobs.

I am sure that there are some that do need the larger boobs to get sexually satisfied however, most don't.
Small breast can be just as sexy. But for them to be sexy, you have got to feel sexy and carry yourself as such. Your self-esteem has got to be high.

its not bad to have small boobs, size depends on your health and protein to intake.. men love to play and get satisfied by medium size and same what soft boobs.

A Guy who loves you would be looking at your internal beauty and not on you VStats!!
A guy who is more interested in yout VS probably loves you only as a sex object.
If you guys actually make love then you would definitly be sexually satisfied irrespective of the VS. If its only for the heck of Sex, then go to a paid one and in that case why shoudl you be bothered of your partner?

If I had big boobs, I'd really be an unhappy guy. I don't think my wife would like that. Big boobs aren't manly. ;)

If you read my other answers, you will see that I love big rack. But that doesn't mean if a chick lacks in that area, I won't notice her. If rest of you is nice than that part can be overlooked.
If you are thinking about getting a some than go for it. You will definitely get more attention.
