The chipset drivers for the k8t800: http://www.viaarena.com/default.aspx?PageID=420&OSID=37&CatID=3180

Apparently supports both Vista 32 and 64-bit versions.
Here is the full message from their site:
Please note that there is a known issue with audio and/or video playback and the V-RAID driver v5.40A which is contained in this package. Not all users experience this issue and it is still under investigation. The issue will be fixed in the next release of the V-RAID and Hyperion Pro drivers. This is the first Hyperion Pro driver that supports Windows Vista. For non-Vista Windows operating systems, we recommend using the Hyperion Pro 5.10A drivers, although these drivers can be used. If there are any problems with non-Vista Windows operating systems and these drivers, roll back to the older 5.30C V-RAID driver.

It's my guess that you may have to wait for the new drivers to be released.

The asus v476 drivers cover a few different graphics card models: EAX550GE, EAX700, EAX700PRO, EAX8002DTV, EAX800XL and EAX850PRO. If you can tell me the name of the model I might be able to find it off the asus website. The support section doesn't appear to be working though. So good luck in finding the graphics drivers.

The numbers you gave are not the video and sound card names and model numbers

Run "Belarc Advisor" to determine the model number of your video and sound cards.
http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

Then repost with your cards make and model numbers and the make and model number of your computer.

Your cards may not be compatible with Vista. Did you bother to run the Vista upgrade adviser before you upgraded? This would have told you if they were compatible.

ASUS v476
This is the driver number not the video card type. It is an XP driver for several different ATI video cards.
Once you know the model number of your graphics card you can download the drives here
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?SLanguage=en-us
You should also check the card manufactures web site.

Per
http://www.via.com.tw/en/products/chipsets/k8-series/k8t800pro/
VIA K8T800 Pro chipset is optimized for the latest AMD Athlon™ 64, Athlon 64 FX and Opteron processors, pushing performance of 64-bit capable Performance Desktop PCs and Workstations to new levels.

This has nothing to do with the sound card.

check the manufacturer pages for any mentioning of Vista compability

Also check on MS homepage - I just found some updates there for the drivers so they get installed on Vista

Also, do you have an .exe for installing the drivers and that? try running it in XP compatibility mode... not sure if it works well tho
