We're getting ready to move and the place we are moving into has water that smells like sulfer. This is in the santa cruz mountain. We have done research and it seems that this could be caused either by a gas or a bacteria. Does anyone (especially in the santa cruz mountains) have any experience with this? The property management company has said they will take care of it I'm just curious about the process. Thanks a bunch!

where I live, in central Florida, there is sulfur in the water so you smell that rotten egg smell a lot. you can filter your water, but the smell doesn't last on clothes or body. it just lingers a bit after doing laundry or taking a bath or shower.
