100% a A** and a hypocrite when he was stirring up all this evidence for President Clinton that is why the Speaker of the House was vacant, right before the vote evidence was brought about his mistress while he was married and he had to resign right before the vote. The Republicans elected Livingston from Louisiana to take his place and a hour before the vote to impeach Clinton and Livingston to be sworn in to office. Livingston made a statement that he was resigning from the Congress because he also was having a affair for 20 years with a Louisiana woman and he wasn't going to give her up. The Republicans ran after him stating, " Oh , don't resign you know you and Martha. that Martha was his wife, need to stay on, we'll work it out". A bunch of hypocrites. Voting to impeach Clinton over Monica but he could keep his mistress and stay on as Speaker of the House. That are your Republicans, Livingston had enough sense to say , "NO, that wouldn't be fair to Clinton for me to vote to impeach". What a bunch of hypocrites Republicans are, that is why I don't like them.
