Many of those hair removers for face and legs says that the continue use reduce or delays the grow of unwanted hair.

only waxing can reduce the growth

When you take the hair out (with the root) its not that they wont grow as much, its just that they get thinner and lighter with time. So they dont bother you as much... But if you just cut the hair (like shaving) they grow back darker and bigger...

well it depends on ur skin type ...but waxing and plucking really does reduce the amount of hair...im not really sure about the hair removal lotions ..well good luck
