When is the actual age that a person can actually say they are old and no longer young?

I don't feel there really is that certain age-We all are just where we are..Is it a state of mind?

I do believe it is a state of mind.

I'm 37, have a wife, two children, two bad knees, a job and a mortgage.

Yet I still feel a lot of silliness and enthusiasm, and even optimism that is generally associated with youth.

Definitely a state of mind. My dad is 79 and still acts like he's in his 40s, while my father-in-law is only 60 and looks and acts 80. I'm 41 and act??????
