i just got a CUTE! mini skirt but im not sure whether i can wear tights with them cuz i haven't seen anyone wear tights for a while!

Personally, I don't believe minis to be appropriate winter attire. As for spring, I usually wear skirts with either leggings or stockings because it can still be cold and my legs aren't as tan as I'd like yet. I think a cute pair of leggings would be perfect!

actually the style your talking about is inspired by the 70's movement which would be called "Mod" it's big spokes person was the model who started the style who went by the name "Twiggy" she's a panelist on America's Next Top Model.
The style is very both ways, it's never a summer thing or a winter fashion, it's simply a twist on the mini skirt.

.I've seen a lot of people wear them right now in the spring I think there kind of a year round thing now. Especially the thinner ones with polka dots and other designs.

I work for a retail company that sells all of that stuff. You wear them in the spring with flip flops or ballet flats!!

i don`t usually wear tights in the spring, but if u want, to go for it, especially if it`s a bit chilly or in the evening...

Depends on the weather. I have a prosthetic leg-so I need to wear them all the time.
