LOL, you never know. My daughter did that as a baby, my son didn't. She is now the singer, he's not - even though he can, he just doesn't like to.

They really all test their voices, some just do it more vigorously then others. Right now my 5 month old granddaughter is doing it all the time. I mean, she is LOUD! And it's hilarious.

I do understand what you are asking though. At almost 6, my daughter can go SO high, she's definitely another soprano in the family, and I am curious to see what kind of range she has when she gets older.

******I don't think people are getting that you are talking about happy noises here!

Seriously funny answers on here!
It doesn't mean she needs anything. It doesn't mean she's spoiled. It means she's learning.
Do you remember when she discovered how to say ma or da or ga or ba.... and then did it 5 million times!?!?! It's the same thing. She has discovered a new sound and enjoys it. My daughter did the same thing and has recently moved on to growling. She does it all day. I don't know how she is not hoarse!
Enjoy it. Play games. Copy her scream for a few rounds (maybe not in public) then you make a new sound and see if she copies.

He appears like he's got here upon only the button to push to get interest. at times toddlers don't understand the version between exasperated interest and loving interest...they only want some! So my advice could be to get your self comfortable with a tub and so on, until now he wakes up, plan out your day (attempt this at residing house first) and attempt your very very toughest to forget approximately those screeches! by you could now tell if he needs something or is only fussy, so face as much as the urge to tutor your interest to him. The link under explores some "toddler language"; truly a handbook to the sounds that toddlers make whilst they want specific issues. So, i could attempt very puzzling on the residing house to maintain from giving him interest whilst he does that. It shouldn't take very long for him to stop as quickly as he realizes that he won't get interest. reliable success! :)

It means she needs you...To make an accurate prediction I'd suggest you look elsewhere. Opening up a sheep and see if the heart still beats seems pretty accurate.

Man if this is what you think at 9 months old.. when she starts to walk.. and running.. are you gonna think she is the next Triathlon winner or something? Oh my god.. this is one of the more dim witted questions.. the kid is 9 months old.. its wanting attention.. nothing more..

Ha, wouldn't that be nice? Mine does that too. I think they just like hearing their voice or it could mean, " like hello, anybody hear me? I'm over here!
