File for divorce and tell the court that she is not communicating with you. If you show them enough proof, then they will grant you the divorce

File for divorce...you have been deserted. The divorce will be automatic, uncontested. Will cost about 500.00 for filing fees. No big deal. you do not need her here to divorce her. Good luck

Talk to your attorney, there is laws surrounding this, and you can get a divorce without her being present.
