because Batista sucks almost worse than Cena! and the WWE had to give the belt to a wrestler the fans actually care about. I don't know anyone who care about big dumb oaf Batista! He can't cut good promos, he is boring in the ring and he acts like a queer during his entrances.

He lost it because to live up to the hype Undertaker had to win it. Undertaker will reign for a few months and then nobody will hear from him again until wrestlemania next year.
