No changes to yes easier than the other way around. I lead with no.

to my gf saying yes is the easiest, yet for her 'no' seems to be much easier to say. I like to throw a "i don't know" with a thinking look in meetings once in a while... get's people going at it again...:-)

Yes, is easier then no, with no comes dissapointment and that is something you don't want to contribute to...I don't know leaves a since of vagueness...so I will go with Yes

It's always easiest to say yes, as it makes the person asking happiest. Unfortunately it's usually in our own best interest to resist the easy way out.
