Not at all...these are all small fish, 2 breeds ...guppies and danios... are top dwellers, rams like it near the bottom, and swords like middle ground. Do NOT overfeed. Feed only what they can consume within 3-5 minutes. More than that will cause bacterial growth that robs the water of oxygen. good luck

Since those are smaller fish, just don't get any more. Although a rule to go by is 1 inch of fish per gallon. If you are really concerned then buy a larger tank or sell some to a fish store. If no one wants to buy some then give one or 2 away to a friend

That's not bad at all. The swords get a little large as they grow and you may need to find a new home for them, but the rest will be just fine in a 10 gallon.

It's not severly over crowded. I suggest you get a 30 g so in the future if you want to get more fish you have the room. A larger tank is also easier to maintain.

Sounds good to me. The rams may get a little nippy / aggressive in that small of a space though.

Not overcrowded from a biological / waste perspective though.

The answer is really simple... GET A BIGGER FISH TANK LOL. but if you cant find a bigger fish tank, then get less fish, sell some, or give them away. Or get a glass vase, or something big, (not the bath tub) so they are not all crowded.

Nope, I'd say you are just fine. Be careful of the rams though. If you have a male and a female that decide to breed, you may have trouble. Otherwise, everything looks good to me.

Best idea is to check with a local fish store -- make sure you talk to someone who really knows fish. And/Or -- join a Yahoo Group
