well you really have to work at it..i have two kids, also i am 22. and with both it takes as long as it took to have the baby to look back like what you did before the baby... you have to work out tho, you cant sit around and expect to eat less and lose the weight, you will, but you still will have a lot of extra skin around the tummy area, and thats very hard to work off, some women have good elesticity and it bounces back fairly nice, others and the majority, not so much, your body fat will also increase after having kids so your metabolism will go down and you will have to try harder.. breast feed! after i had my first i breastfed and she was a BIG EATER.. you lose on average 500 calories a day from breastfeeding.. so its like a whole mcdonalds meal free, lol. not that you should be eating that crap anyways <3. but people thought i was anorexic after my first... my second not so much, i only breastfed until 4 months and i regret it for several reasons now.. but...one of the biggest tips i can tell you , is learn to love your post baby body, you are going to develope into a woman, and no longer a teenage body type, which , you will find one day, very sexy, your new curves, best of luck and congrats.

Your body will probably not be the exact same. I would look at your own mother. That is a pretty good indicator. You can eat right and exercise during your pregnancy to avoid gaining too much weight. You can work out afterwards. Your belly may be slightly harder to tighten up, but it depends on your genetics. Overall, chances are that it won't be exactly the same. Your hips shouldn't get larger due to having the baby. My suggestion would be to wait to have children or not have them at all. There are many sacrifices to be made when you decide to have kids, aside from your figure. You don't sound like you're ready.

It's different for everyone. Some people have to wear their maternity clothes home after giving birth... not in my case. I wore my pre-pregnancy jeans home. They were a little snug, but I could fit into them easily. I only gained 13 pounds during my pregnancy, and 9 pounds of that was baby, the rest all water weight which came out when the baby did. If you're unsure, just pack pajama pants to wear home. All that matters if that you're comfortable.

Your stomach will be a little saggy and very soft. You'll have a pronounced pooch. And you'll probably feel oddly empty. (I did, anyway.)
If you choose to breastfeed, that will actually help bring your body back into its normal shape. When the baby sucks, it stimulates uterine contractions, bringing things back to normal a bit quicker. It also burns up a ton of calories, making weight loss quite a bit easier.

well when I delivered i looked about 5 or 6 months pregnant and just barely fit into some of my comfy pants when i wasn't pregnant. your hips may be a bit wider after you deliver though so you probably won't be able to fit into your pants that you were wearing when you were 5 months along. but maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and be able to fit back into your normal clothes right away! my son is 8 months now and those same comfy pants fit me the same as they did before i got pregnant. i thought i'd never get back into any of my old clothes it was a little depressing. good luck to you!

I didn't look pregnant at all. I had a little excess skin and looked a little bloated, but wore my pre-pregnancy T-shirts right away. I had to go get bigger jeans, a size 4, but was back to my size 2's in 4 months. I gained 36'bs during my pregnancy.
* Why am I getting thumbs down. This was my experience, which is what she asked for.

Don't just remain there! Do squats while scrubbing your teeth, calf raises whilst standing in line, or lunges while chatting for the phone.
