My airbag!!!! After being stuck behind a moron of a driver for about an hour (desperate road - not a hope of overtaking!) - the journey SHOULD have taken about 25 minutes - I was positively hopping that he wouldnt pull in to let me pass and growing later for my nieces birthday party by the minute - so I punched my steering wheel - with such venom - that the bloody airbag burst open - after nearly dying and crashing from the fright of it - I then had to pay a fortune getting it replaced!

I've never really had a "temper tantrum" but I do have crying tantrums, terrible ones, which I regret afterwards because they usually are very stupid and I get myself worked up over them.

I have broken many a relationships with some of the most wonderful and beautiful women imaginable. Yes, all because of my temper, I broke nothing of material value, but a relationship is priceless if it foots the bill.

I threw an electric keyboard across the room and into the wall when a song I was trying to write wasn't coming out right. I haven't played or written since.

I tore up the first picture taken of my wife and I eating at Beihana in Las Vegas. This was year 10 of our 15 year marriage. Got mad, felt out of control, and tore it up because I wanted to hurt her. Well it did, and so I won (???) fortunately for me, I was able to RESTORE the picture using Photoshop Cs, but still, I wish I did not do that. I disappoint myself sometimes, but I am so much better now at NOT HAVING to DO something about my anger, but just feel it.

Several tv remotes. A glass table top. A door frame...LOL that was in my younger days, I've gotten better. Now I just throw the tv guide or something. LOL safer & easier to clean up.
