I am wondering how Asians view Americans honestly, don't hold back.
I have yet to speak to diverse groups to see what the true general feeling is. I find that hearing what other cultures think of us is totally interesting. I asked this of the British and got some great HONEST views that I never knew existed. Serious answers only, I don't need people brow beating me about generalizations, stero types etc so save it. I want to know the stereo types that are out there good or bad. Thanks!

well I am not asian but I have eyes that makes me look like it.
I have hung with many different races here in america and they all have said they feel like second best. they feel like they are not good enough. english is hard and americans are all better in the eyes of america. they say there are not enough chances for them but still they care for america only because of the freedom and power they have here.

I'm Asian and I was born and raised in America...so my opinion can't necessarily answer your question ^^; I'm with you -- I'm curious as well XDD
Heheh....But visiting Asia and asking my parents who grew up there, they say that Americans: Have big noses. Very talkative. Prefer football over academic studies. Love beer. Couch-potatoes. Really arrogant. Rich. Overweight. Rednecks. Lazy. Materialistic. Ditzy...
But then again some also say America being a great place to go, that it's interesting, and unique, etc.... Just like the other way around (Americans viewing Asians), I'm pretty sure there are both good and bad remarks ^^

Stepping into the shoes of Asians for a while, they view Americans as self-centred and lacking in knowledge of what is going on outside America!

My wife is Korean (I'm White) and her and her whole family are some of the most patriotic people I know. They are conservatives and love everything about America. They came here with little and have achieved the American dream through hard work and honesty.

Muslim's hate Americans because they are jealous. They are thick, eat curry and believe story's like Allah.
All the women wear veils cause they are ugly and they stink.

i like americans
in my objective/subjective opinion, i think they are mostly educated (cept maybe the rednecks out in the wild) and are kind... maybe alil xenophobic, as you see in these gated suburban communities, but then again, i'm a lil xenophobic and conservative too
