im just sick of waiting for my breast to grow. i was waiting like for 3 years and they are still the same. i hate waiting any longer is there any food or anything that will make them bigger. i dont want no pills no surgery but i want them to grow. please ppl help me out i want to be normal like everyone. im 16 and i still wear 34a like when i was 12 and i was wearing 34a i hate waiting any longer please people anybody know whats the problem help me out!!!!!!!!!! thanks

I hope that you do nothing and let nature take it's course. You might not believe it now but smaller breasts can be a real blessing and 34 A breasts are incredibly erotic to many men.

Not only would I date a woman with small breasts, I really hope that my next girlfriend has small breasts. I find them much sexier than larger breasts and I would not have a problem dating or marrying a lady with a "flat chest" either.

The most important thing to realize is that breast size does not make the woman and penis size does not make the man. It is their personalities and the way that they treat others which determines if they are a good fit or a bad fit for a relationship.

Breasts are fatty tissue, so if you gain fat, you gain boobs. You can also look at your family history to see if you are genetically programmed to have big boobs. Look at your mom, aunt, sisters (if any), and that should be an indicator of how big you will be. Honey I'm 25 and I've been wearing a 32A since the 6th grade, believe me, I don't think mine are getting any bigger. AND my mom and aunt have really big boobs, like 36DD, I'm the odd one out! But I'm also a small person, so it sort of fits. If your boobs are going to grow bigger they will, if they're not, they won't. When you're above 18 you might look into surgery then, but not right now, you're still growing.

first of all dont get implants. It is not healthy that gets in the ways of many problems in the future with your breast. It may not seem like it now but every girl is in risk for breast cancer. and when you have implants your not able to see these masses in your breast. Girls with natrually big breast don't like theres, they always want smaller boobs. Its a health hazard. No food or drink or pill will help you. If you are young you still have time to fill out so don't worry. but if your older then padded bras are good. go look in the mirror and say this is me. Big breast don't make you any better.

Your breasts are made up of fat. So unless you're willing to put on more weight, there's nothing you can do hun. If small boobs is in your genes, then you can't change anything either. But don't worry and stop caring about it. There's a chance they'll grow more eventually. My stepmother told me she didn't have boobs until she was 18! Be patient, or otherwise be content, even though it's hard to accept it.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I said the same thing at 16 and 10 years later, I'm still 'waiting.'

They probably aren't going to grow anymore. Even weight gain has no effect for me (it goes to my legs rather than my chest), so rather than ruin your body trying to build chest mass - learn to love them. It's hard sometimes, but I get a kick out of seeing all of the girls I went to school with who had huge racks -- they are now all grossly overweight, and I'm still skinny and cute :-)

One thing that helps build shape (not size) is using a peck-deck at the gym.

no charmed1 she's only 16 silly. seriously chances are you probably won't have big boobs but give it a chance. they will eventually grow some. fyi, guys really don't care for big boobs. most girls like having them to feel good amongst other girls and not around guys! a nice guy will love you for who you are, you should do the same.
