It says at the bottom "IMPORTANT: For best results and Bluetooth® device
compatibility, use the included Microsoft® Mini Bluetooth Transceiver.".

My laptop has a bluetooth card inside. Would it work with the Microsoft
mouse if I don't use the included Microsoft® Mini Bluetooth Transceiver ?

It will work, I had the same thing I tested with Palm T3 it has Bluetooth too it works.

Those bundled transceiver as far as Logitech described them has a small extra button to link up and assuming to run those as pseudo-wired USB device, although I had no such transceiver since I bought them as parts.
