Very simple and straightforward steps -
- find a person who is willing to marry you;
- discuss with that person an ideal time to tie the knot;
- find a suitable place for the marriage (a church for example);
- prepare the guest list and take relevant follow-up action such as invitation card etc.
Start and proceed on the above lines and you will easily find other things you need to do!

The first thing to do is to find a suitable man. There are any number of possible resources available; one has to pick an appropriate place to look based on one's needs. In my last foray into that arena, I was particularly looking for someone of superior intelligence, so I joined Mensa. (Score!)
