Sure why not! Bankruptcy would be a good choice, really. When I worked bankruptcy, a lot of gay men/women would come to the lawyer I worked with because she was a woman and they felt comfy with her. I think if there were more gay lawyers in bankruptcy it would great

It depends on what country the lawyer is in. In the UK, it is illegal to discriminate on grounds of sexual orientation - so, yes, a gay person can become a lawyer.

Anyone who goes to school, and learns all there is to be the kind of lawyer they want to be, can be a lawyer.....personal preference as to who their private partner is doesn't matter.

Yes. To be a lawyer one must pass the bar exam. There are no restrictions based on sexual orientation.
