I've let many potential "sexual harrassment" cases go, since I was able to handle it on my own. (hate seeing someone fired)
I tell the offender how unprofessional they appear to me, when they show no tact. (usually works)
In most cases, we get along better, on a respectable level.
Only two men insisted on pushing the issue, they were both terminated. (one I had to punch in the stomach)

Yes at work but it was a long time ago (back in the 80s). Both my friend and I reported this person and the only result was we had to sit in a presentation about not harassing people with the man we had a problem with (along with everyone else). Very uncomfortable and unhelpful. I have to believe things would go differently today!

Yes but the thing is i new this guy and his wife, but he and i worked together for years i eve began to wonder if it was something i said or did that made him sexually harrass me i told him straight out that i would have to speak to his wife, my man and my boss because it was becoming difficult for me.... he soon backed off quick enough not without calling me a tease and a ***** which i could take, but not his advances towards me... guess he felt rejected.

yes, by this developmental psychology professor, I wore this shirt and it said "tart like lemonade" and he made a comment so I so ok, maybe this shirt warrented this. So, from then on, I wore more plainer clothes and often a hat. He still pressed the issue, and asked to meet me to "critique" my paper. I agreed to the university's cafeteria but he chose a small dining room off of the cafeteria. I remembered to bring my MP3 player to maybe get his voice. So, he's talking about the paper at first and heads in for the talk about his being lonely and needing of touch(grosssss) and it was all recorded. I had to play it off, like nothing was up but I got his rotten @ss. This guy is so low, he used his autistic grandson as an excuse for me not to tell. He said, if I told about his advances, his grandson, would not get the nursing and academic attention. He was totally gross. Maybe I should post his name here for all to see... Professor Bob Lento

When I was 17 and worked at McDonald's, there was a 200+ pound girl named Summer, who was the most quiet girl in school, but a freak at the job. She would follow me into the freezer trying to get freaky with me, always rubbing against my @ss when she walked by, and making comments about getting busy with me every chance she had.
When I complained, the lesbian store manager told me to get over it, men can't be sexually harassed. I told her, that fat beotch can rape me if she wanted, she weighs so much I couldn't stop her if I tried. She finally was fired for telling the same lesbian manager to f*ck off when the manager tried to get her to lick her pink taco.
Crazy, huh? The sexual harasser became the harassed.

Yes. It was a Counselor when I was in college. He just started talking to me as though he was concerned and I did need some advice. I did let him take me out for lunch and I did finally let him kiss me. But, and I swear this is true, when I found out he had a PREGNANT wife at home I got lost in the crowd really fast. I managed to dodge him from then on. I would just start walking backwards if I had to. I did NOT have sex with that man. I swear in God's name, I did not. Bless Me Father For I Still Feel Guilty.

At work many times some sleezy guys comes up and hits on me. I just ignore them because it's a public place so nothing can really happen. The people at work are good though. If there are any questionable people that show unneeded attention late at night they'll walk me to my car.

It wasn't really sexual harrassment. A man tried to follow me home. It was very scary. Because he lurked around the store until i got in my car, then jumped into his and got RIGHT behind me.

In highschool a chick that i didn't even know grabbed my butt while I was at work at my aunts pizza place. We ended up having sex for a few years. Pretty good way to resolve it.
