I had the extra BC patch prescription, that you can go get one patch, it's for in case one seems to fall off for some reason, and I used that one patch for the entire month, because I didn't have a new prescription for the month's worth of patches, and I also had unprotected sex throughtout that month, and when I went onto the next month's patches, I only just put on the 2nd patch and am now having very light bleeding, and I usually bleed heavy. I never even made it through the 2nd patch. Could there be a chance that I could be pregnant?

I have also had a yearly Pap, 4 weeks after that using that one patch and just starting the next month's patches, and she did not say anything. Also, would they be able to tell if I was Pregnant, by having that test?

I got pregnant using the patch like I was supposed to. I think they are in the midst of having a warning on there because they say if you put it on your butt (like I did) there is a higher chance of getting pregnant. I used to love the patch, until it didn't work hehe, but I love my daughter and wouldn't change it. However, you might want to use condoms while on the patch. I'm on the depo shot now and like it. Get a blood test from the doctor, if its negative, be careful with that patch!!

I am sorry to say... you have to change that patch every week, excepted the one week of rest when your body will have its period. There are only enough hormones on that patch to last one week. Just because you leave it on your skin does not mean that it is giving your body enough or even any hormones to work properly. On the other hand you never know how your body will react to something new so the slight bleeding could be a reaction of the patch trying to get your body on its schedule. However, I would definitely take a pregnancy test or go to the doctors because it was like you were not on birth control at all for those few weeks.

after a week the initial patch is no good. so you can easily get pregnant. But even if you aren't then the spotting when starting new birth control is normal. I get it when I start the patch as well.

it could take in to a million/2 a twelve months on your physique to quite quit having sessions. i be attentive to somebody who replaced into best off no longer having a era so her mom provides her a pill daily at precisely an identical time. properly she nevertheless had a era for like 5 months after the beginning up date yet that replaced into ok. She ultimately stopped having them altogether. i'm uncertain if she nevertheless encounters recognizing. recognizing is a lot, lots lighter than your truthfully era. quite, recognizing can take place in spite of in case you do no longer continuously use the pill/patch; it could only take place like 2 weeks into that cycle. the important element is to apply the patch you're on for a least 6 months and see the variety you're doing in an prolonged time. It variety of sucks having to watch for consequences yet i'm specific your physique gets right into a cycle/habit.
