The way West Indies have been playing in the Super 8 stage, I do not think that West Indies can reach the final. I would like the best two teams play in the final.

no chance for west indies to enter inti atleast semi finals of the world cup 2007 because in the presennt status in the WC 2007 of WI you can notice that the team next after the two teams means the third team from last is WI having only two points but Aussies had 6 points,Srilanka,NZL had 6 points,SA and ENG had 4 points each so it is 6th team in the points table right now so we can't hope that WI can reach upto semi finals in the WC 2007

I wish they could...But the way they are playing and now have gone to take rest....i am afraid host will not be in semi.
Contenders are SriLanka, Austalia, NZ, and South Africa.
Winner would be Sri Lanka or Australia.
