I've (almost 15) always wanted a little sister named Makenzy Alexis, but my parents names my little sisters Sylvee Brooke (9) and Madelyn Jayne (4) instead. People say there's too many kids in my family already (16 to be exact, parents had 9 and adopted 7), but I say, what's one more?

thats a really strange request for a child to ask their parents. why do you think that you should name their child anyways. i think maybe you should hold onto the name for when you have your own children, it would mean more to you then!!!!!!!

i recognize how lots you desire a infant, while your a teenager those kinds of hormones make you desire one. yet you may not make your mum have a infant. she would be having yet another newborn. it truly is truly not some extensive modern-day you get, and lose interest of after some months. this 'modern-day' will desire finding after for a minimum of roughly 4 years consistently. you're saying you will babysit, yet what happens once you circulate to varsity, college and so on? Wait till finally you have your own residence, a occupation, money. then have your own youngster. i'm not attempting to come again for the time of as not information you, i'm 14 too and that i could truly like a infant too, yet i recognize i'm unable to ask for something like that from a verify, for the reason that's thoroughly their determination. i will attend till finally i'm older, and you may too.

You say that now, but just you wait till you're having your own kids! I always wanted at least 4 (6 would be ideal), but I'm only just getting through my second pregnancy and have half decided never to do it again!

Besides, why don't you just keep the name for when you have your own baby?

God bless your parents, man, i'm telling ya, the Lord is good and blessing to the people who can handle that many children... but, you never know, speak to your parents about your feelings, or they may just tell you to wait until you have your own family and name your daughter that name... :) Good luck

That's up to your parents. Have you tried asking them, though?

If your parents want 30 children that's their business...nowadays the push is to have few children. Used to be people wanted large families...my mother is the 7th of 8 children and her mother was one of about 10 children.

That's not up to you. You're not taking care of them or paying for them. And it's pretty stupid that you want a sister with the name you pick...it's not your choice. Love the brothers and sisters you have.

Try using the same persuasive speech you'd use if you were to bring home a puppy. "If you let me keep her I'll take care of her. I'll feed her and walk her and clean up after her. Please, please, please?!?!?!"

Sorry, I'm just hoping that sarcasm will help you see that you are being childish.
