That's really just Ozzie being Ozzie. He was doing that during their world championship year.
The only way it's going to matter is when the players get sick of it.
Eventually, they're going to get tired of answering questions about "what Ozzie just said or did" and that's when he's going to lose his job.
Right now, it seems like they still enjoy his antics, and they do take pressure off the players in a way.
